Frequently Asked Questions for Arges® Remote Spotlight - Arges Kit, Includes ARGES1 Spotlight, ARGCH1 Control Head and ARGFM Flat Mount L31 and pedestal mount in Black Scene light or Turn

What should I do when product information is unclear or conflicting?

Check whether an example is being mistaken for a guaranteed feature. If a requirement is essential, obtain clarification before ordering.

What should I check before accepting a suggested substitute?

Ask why a substitute is being proposed instead of the originally selected option. Accept the substitute only after its confirmed details fit your needs and the revised arrangement is clear.

How should I interpret words such as up to, from, or optional in an offer?

Look for the conditions under which an advertised maximum applies. Check the final total instead of assuming a headline starting price covers the complete order.
